In this study, authors tried to separate the protein from the substance which contains nitrogen compounds and some other impurities, by the application of a modified dialysis method using a piece of filter\npaper and collodion. By this method, the separation of protein can be accomplished by using remarkably small amount of sample, and more conveniently this procedure can also be applied as a micro method for determing the protein content.
