To study the cause for these phenomena, the author tried to ana1yze the transfer characteristics of this circuit. The resulting criteria for non-oscillatory condition is briefly pointed out in the following way,corresponding to various roots of the characteristic equation of the transfer function. These roots are obtained as an intersecting point of two group of circles with a normalized parameter of G,K on the complex plane. A stable operating range may be bounded by the group of hypabolas with respect to given β_0 of a transistor.Analysing the transfer characteristics graphically and experimentally,the basic deta for the circuit design has been taken by using a conventional transistor for medium and high frequency use.}, pages = {11--20}, title = {トランジスタの容量性負荷を有するエミッタ・フォロワのパルス応答について (第1報)}, volume = {3}, year = {1963} }
