To study the cause for these phenomena, the author tried to ana1yze the transfer characteristics of this circuit. The resulting criteria for non-oscillatory condition is briefly pointed out in the following way，corresponding to various roots of the characteristic equation of the transfer function. These roots are obtained as an intersecting point of two group of circles with a normalized parameter of G，K on the complex plane.
