Anormalous temperature depences of resistance were observed at near 200K, 80K and below 50K. Anormalies were due to an amount of Mo_2S_3 at 200K, and other anormalies were dependent on mechanical vibration and cooling rate below 50K. These were not observed in the result of the mesurement without vibration. Samples contained no Mo_2S_3 exhibited anormalies in the only mesurement with vibration. Mechanical vibration dependences of the critical temperature of superconductivity were the same as the case of static pressure.
