 note = {Following the last paper, the transient responses of Timoshenko beams under transverse impact were calculated. Theoretical analysis was carried out by Laplace transform techniques for two types of loading applied to a end of semiinfinite beam. And bending moment, angular velocity, shear force and deflection velocity were calculated at the region τ/α<ξ<τ mainly.
