note = {An astonishing amount of effort and ingenuity have been expended by engineers in the development of pile driving formulas with the result that these are great many different formulas in use. Because, in spite of these formulas are shown by mathematics, in fact pile driving is not a simple problem of impact that may be solved directly by Newton's law. Pile driving is a problem in longitudinal wave transmission that is covered in a general way by the wave equation, which is well known to mathematics. And moreover, the pile and the ground have many problems in them selves.
At the present time, by using the conception of the wave equation and resorting to numerical integration and electronic computers, a solution of the pile driving problems can be solved simply. This paper was descrived on visco-elastic behavior of concrete especially in many problems of wave transmission occured in pile driving, by means of using the model of pile driving that E.A.L. Smith advanced.
Based on test results, the internal damping constant was 0.000235-0.000263 in the case of Voigt Model, and 0.000336-0.000371 in Maxwell Model. Visco-elastic characteristics of the both Model were made clear.},
