However, when we made use of the GM-Computer, we came across a few practical difficulties, because a lot of abnormal values of GM with large dispersion were recognized when measurings were carried out on board the training ship, Kagoshima Maru, Faculty of Fisheries, Kagoshima University. Therefore, we discussed about the relationship between the accuracy of GM values and the effect of external forces. In the result, we found that (1) the reliable GM values were obtained when wind scale showed 4 grade, (2) there were no relationship between the GM value and wave scale or swell scale. And some improvement plans were examined in order to get the stable and reliable value of GM., 練習船かごしま丸によるGMコンピューターの実船試験を行い次の知見を得た。(1) 船内で異なる2点で同時測定を行ったが両者の差は小さく設置場所による影響は少ない。(2) GMcが正しいGMを表すためにはf_0が常にスペクトルのピーク値となることが前提であるが,今回の測定からはこの条件が成立するのは風力4前後の比較的狭い範囲であった。(3) 測定値に大きなバラツキがある場合でもf_0は変動が小さいため一定時間の頻度分布をとり最多頻度区間内のデータの平均値を求めればf_nによる誤表示を除去できる。}, pages = {51--56}, title = {GMコンピューターによるGM測定の信頼性について}, volume = {37}, year = {} }
