Exercise treadmill testing was performed before and several days after coronary angioplasty, and just before follow-up angiography 3 to 12 months later. Heart rate adjusted indexes of ST segment depression during exercise treadmill testing (ΔST/ΔHR index) were derived from evaluation in standardized exercise time. As a predictor,we used the increment between the ΔST/ΔHR index several days after angioplasty and at follow-up angiography. We compared this predictor to positive exercise treadmill testing, positive thallium scintigram,ΔST/ΔHR index≧3.5 at follow-up and the increment of the ΔST from the time several days after angioplasty to the time of follow-up angigraphy. Restenosis was defined as the recurrence of 60 % or more diameter stenosis at a site related to the angioplasty. ...[the rest is omitted], 医歯学総合研究科博士論文(医学) ; 学位取得日: 平成6年3月16日}, title = {トレッドミル運動負荷試験による経皮的冠動脈形成術後の再狭窄の診断}, year = {1994}, yomi = {ハマサキ, シュウイチ} }
