like elements（MLE）遺伝子分析による分類を行った。住民に対する聞き取り調査によると、戦前～戦後始めにかけては黒糖、甘藷（サツマイモ）および和牛などの畜産業が盛んであった。１９８０年代以降になると肉用牛生産が主体になったが、その後は高齢化と後継者不足（人口減少）により減少し続けており、現在では畜産以外の農業はほとんど存在していない。カンキツ２３種類の葉のサンプルを採取し、MLE遺伝子による分類識別を試みた。その結果、MLE遺伝子のプライマーでは３８０bpと５５０bpの２箇所のバンドの出現に差異が認められ、そのバンドの有無により口永良部島で採取したカンキツ類は４パターンに分けられた。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_7_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者よみ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"トミナガ,
