The paper begins by finding out\ntrends relating to the deaf and hard of hearing leaving their jobs and the problems they face in the workplace\nby analyzing various statistics related to the acceptance of disabled people, in order to stress the necessity\nfor action to promote their acceptance in the workplace. Furthermore, the paper sets out a comprehensive framework aimed at promoting job retention, which was constructed after considering the significance and\nproblems of the various strategies that have been suggested in research to date.
