By age, those in their 30's showed the highest rate(8, 22.9%).\nAs for the reasons to enter a graduate school, typical answers were: \"\"want to learn more\"\", \"\"career enhancement\"\", and \"\"upskilling\"\". On the other hand, reasons for not wanting to enter a graduate school included \"\"dificulty in doing both work and study\"\", \"\"issues related to childcare and family\"\", \"\"anxiety about situation after finishing the graduate school\"\", \"\"financial reason\"\", and \"\"no idea or no prospect\"\". Furthermore, we found some misunderstanding in that some respondents even believed that they were not eligible.
