While these numbers are not high, once apparent, this condition becomes a major inhibitory factor with regard to rehabilitation and activities of daily living, and is difficult to ignore. In addition, as IA occurs with left-hemisphere strokes, aphasia is a common complication. The present study examined gpatients with IA who also experienced aphasia, and compared the differences in movements made by patients who received 9 forms of instructions (spoken, written, illustrations, division photograph, and movement mimicking), with the aim to identify the form of instruction which was most effective for developing a rehabilitation strategy. Case-by-case comparison of the various instructional form patterns revealed that the movement mimicking was the most effective. In addition, comparison of the various instructional patterns according to the type of aphasia also revealed that movement mimicking was the most effective. This indicates that the most effective form of instruction for IA patients with aphasia is to mimic the desired movement for the patient, encouraging them to process visual information and utilize situational assessment skills.}, pages = {59--65}, title = {失語症を伴う観念失行患者における指示理解能力の比較検討}, volume = {25}, year = {2015} }
