独立行政法人農業技術研究機構果樹研究所)および鹿児島大学農学部で保存されているケラジおよびカブチーの果実特性調査およびアイソザイム分析を行なった。供試したものは果実特性から2群に大別できた。1つは喜界島のケラジに代表され,果面が滑らかでほぼ無核であった。もう一方は喜界島のカブチーと同じく,果面が粗く種子が多かった。さらに両群は果実の香りが明確に違った。前者には喜界島および鹿児島大学農学部のケラジが,後者には果樹試験場カンキツ部(興津)および(口之津)のケラジ並びに喜界島および果樹試験場カンキツ部(興津)のカブチーが含まれた。この2群はアイソザイム分析によっても区別できた。前者のGot-2遺伝子型がMMであったのに対して後者はMAであった。以上の結果から,各種の研究で用いられてきた果樹試験場カンキツ部のケラジはカブチーと同じものであることが明らかとなった。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_7_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者よみ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"アキヤマ,
