According to the former researching paper, the tenacity of the fertilized egg membrane of salmon was fixed to be more than 5.5 kg. Conversely, by making an accounting on the basis of zi derived from the contents of the egg, the writer got the osmotic pressure value 5.3 atm. pressure. From this value after examining the concentration of NaC1 equivalent to this pressure, the value of 0.12 N was resulted ; and this value was justly led to the 7.0 g/1 NaC1 contents. This value of 0.12 N equivalent to quite correctly with the result got from researching the swelling and shrinkage propensity seen in the case of other salt solutions of the same egg contents.
