Students belonging to sport clubs (N=231), culture clubs (N=48) and students not belonging to any club (N=97) in 4 high schools were analyzed. Factor-analysis was executed with a set of 30 items in the subjective adjustment scale and five factors were extracted. Sports club participation is significantly related to the factor of ""usefulness"",but not to the factors ""feelings of blending in with the surroundings"",""feeling of being tmsted"",""sense of comfort"",or ""absence of feeling of alienation"". A comparison of two types of high school with multiple regression analysis suggests that the relationship of sports club participation to subjective adjustment to high school life is dependent on school-type, i.e. whether academic or practical.}, pages = {275--288}, title = {高校運動部参加と学校適応感}, volume = {60}, year = {} }
