平成15年度は、地域のヘルスケアシステムその内部構造における民間セクターおよび民俗セクターである与論島の民俗医療システムの概観についてまとめた。平成16年度は、与論島地域のヘルスケアシステムに関して、専門職セクターに焦点を当て、病院、診療所、消防署、NPO等において資料収集およびインタビューを実施した。さらに、収集した先行文献・資料を用いながら、与論島内の施設設置、救急医療体制、遠隔医療システム等、情報化システム体制の概観についてまとめたので報告する。, This investigationre searchp urpose is to do a medical anthropology research on the health care system on the Yoron island, to consider health care system note 1 on the Yoron island, and to suggest the view in the future.
I summaried the general view of the folk medical system of the Yoron island that it was a private sector and was the folk customs sector in the Healthcare System in 2003. I applied the focus to the profession sector for the health care system in the Yoron island, and collectedprevious study and the interview in the hospital, the clinic, the fire station, and NPO, etc. in 2004. In addition, I summaried and report the general view of the system of the informationization systems, facilities, emergency health care system, and telemedicine system, etc. while using collected previous study and material.},
