The season of maximum catch in the fishing ground around Kanze lies within the term from October to  November, and within the range of water  temperature  23°~26°C and that of salinity  33~34‰ The catch varies according to the mixing ratio of the oceanic water into the coastal water, and at the range where water temperature and salinity are high the catch is much.
