But, the health and welfare services for the aged are very poor. Aged farmers give up farming, then farms deteriorate. These improvement of rural communities is a significant agrarian problem. The purpose of this research is to determine the method and the effect of a plan or arrangement with the trust and the aged farmer's farm. Under the trust business, the gains can be useful to the pay of the health and welfare system for the aged. And, we can prevent the farm deterioration and solve the agrarian problem. We investigated the ownership of farmerland, farm production and farm products at some aged rural community in the Kagoshima district. The results of our investigation, showed that the factors affecting the trust business are as follows: 1. In many cases, the farm laborer has not the ownership of the farm which he keeps. 2. The farm is kept to a very small area. 3. Between the development policy and the trust policy for farmland, the relation is unbalanced. 4. The gains of the trust business are cheaper than the interest of the bank. For the aged farmer to make good use of the trust business, we must establish a fund which prevents the farm falling into disuse and rise the trust fee.}, pages = {179--188}, title = {農地信託制度を活用した高齢化農村の医療福祉サービス体系整備に関する研究}, volume = {33}, year = {1991} }
