能について, 同弱毒ウイルスB1株あるいはVG/GA株との比較において検討した｡各HA能のホルマリンによる不活化作用において差は認められなかったが, 熱(50°C) による不活化作用には差を認め, B1株のHA能は他の2株よりも早く失活した｡MET95株およびB1株の感染価あるいはHA価を同じに調整した不活化ウイルス液に水酸化アルミニウムゲルアジュ\nバントを加えたのち鶏に注射し, その後のHA抑制(HI) 抗体の産生を, 両ウイルスのHA抗原で測定した｡その結果, 不活化前ウイルス量を同じに調整した場合, HI抗体価の産生状態はほぼ同様であったが, 不活化前HA価を同じに調整した場合はB1株で低かった｡なお,
