The lengths of 19 tubular bones of the hand were measured on radiographs of 222 patients in DS. Between healthy Japanese children and DS,the pattern of the length order of bones on each finger was same. The metacarpophalangeal pattern profile analysis (MCPP) of DS is presented ; MCPP of male and female DS is very similar, overall shortening of the hand tubular bones, relatively shortening of 2nd proximal phalanx. By TW2 method, bone age was judged. The bone age was different from the clinological age in range between -6 months and +3 months. Skeletal maturity of DS was almost normal., 医歯学総合研究科博士論文(医学) ; 学位取得日: 平成9年9月18日}, title = {ダウン症候群における中手骨・指節骨の長径パターンの解析、および手根骨のX線学的考察}, year = {1997}, yomi = {マツダ, ユキヒサ} }
