The results are as follows. (1) Maximan working speed can be obtained 0.24g/min by setting of DC 30 Volts power and the electrode vibrating of 60 Hz to make a hole of 6mm in diameter and depth, then the power supply is possible to do with 500 Watts. (2) The amplitude of electrode is necessary to set in 0.2mm at least for discharge stability, and the minimun voltage supply can be used at 20 Volts. (3) A wave-form in the observed discharge current is found to be enveloped by high pulse frequency components.}, pages = {35--44}, title = {水中放電加工に関する研究}, volume = {17}, year = {1975} }
