Considering factors which influence microcapsule form and microorganism content, we performed the optimization of preparation conditions of the microcapsule immobilized useful microorganisms by changing the preparation conditions. As a result, the optimized microcapsule was efficiently able to immobilize microorganism, and obtained high activity.
