In fact, however, there are many autolytic-defective bacteria for which we can hardl] observe cellular autolysis. How can bacteria lacking the indispensable autolytic mechanisms survive and maintain their existence? Another question is why susceptibilities to autolysis can change during the growth phase, I.e., from the autolysable log phase cells to the non-autolysable stationary phase cells. It is strongly suggested that there must be inactivation mechanism(s) of the autolytic enzymes which have lost their physiological roles and become rather harmful to the bacteria themselves. In accordance with this reasoning, the existence of two kinds or phases of autolytic enzymes, a physiologlcal autolytic enzyme and a useless autolytic enzyme, was assumed The former is the indispensable enzyme for bacterial growth, and the latter is the harmful one which has completed its physiological role and should be inactivated. Autolytic bacteria are those which can not inactivate the useless autolytic enzyme effectively, and autolytic-defective bacteria are those which have an effective inactivating mechanism for the useless autolytic enzyme.","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_7_publisher_23":{"attribute_name":"公開者・出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"鹿児島大学","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"},{"subitem_publisher":"Kagoshima University","subitem_publisher_language":"en"}]},"item_7_source_id_7":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0389-7834","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_7_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"NII書誌ID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN0035442X","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_7_subject_15":{"attribute_name":"NDC","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"497","subitem_subject_scheme":"NDC"}]},"item_7_subject_20":{"attribute_name":"NIIsubject","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"歯学","subitem_subject_language":"ja","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_7_version_type_14":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"物種, 利彦","creatorNameLang":"ja"},{"creatorName":"MONODANE, Toshihiko","creatorNameLang":"en"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2016-10-28"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"KJ00000165906.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"842.1 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"KJ00000165906.pdf","objectType":"fulltext","url":"https://ir.kagoshima-u.ac.jp/record/9193/files/KJ00000165906.pdf"},"version_id":"fe22dcf7-4efa-4587-8e4e-d764a7b00b91"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"autolysis","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"physiological role","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"cell wall","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"gram-positive bacteria","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"M.luteus","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"細菌の細胞壁自己融解現象 : その生理的意義について","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"細菌の細胞壁自己融解現象 : その生理的意義について","subitem_title_language":"ja"},{"subitem_title":"Cell Wall Autolysis in Gram-Positive Bacteria : with special reference to the physiologycal role","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"7","owner":"18","path":["65","4785"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2015-06-08"},"publish_date":"2015-06-08","publish_status":"0","recid":"9193","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["細菌の細胞壁自己融解現象 : その生理的意義について"],"weko_creator_id":"18","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2024-01-26T07:09:14.873772+00:00"}
