When culture was treated with MPTA (0.5 ppm), δ-carotene, γ-carotene and lycopene were accumulated, suggesting MPTA to be a inhibitor of cyclases on carotenoid formation of Scenedesmus obliquus. The yellow mutant strain indued by MPTA had a very low amount of chlorophyll and a high amount of ketocarotenoid (especially α-doradexanthin and astaxanthin) in comparison with the wild type of Scenedesmus obliquus.}, pages = {1--4}, title = {Scenedesmus obliquus色素組成に及ぼすMPTAの影響}, volume = {45}, year = {} }
