穀作大規模経営の試みが始まった.農家に分散した土地の集中が図られ, 農業生産の機械化が進められ, 集団農場が設立された.その後, 順義区における食糧生産量は迅速に増加し, このモデルは政府に成功と認められ, 北京市の近郊区域にも普及した.しかし, 1996年から中国では食糧価格の低迷問題が発生し, 順義区の集団農場経営に大きな影響を与えていた.また, 中国の第二回請負経営制度に応じて, 1998年から区の農村戸籍人口に基づいて, 土地使用権が再分配された.こうした状況を背景に, 集団農場は再編成を迫られた.本研究の課題は経営実態調査に基づいて, 集団農場の存立条件を明らかにする.順義区における集団農場の存立条件のポイントは以下の諸点である.1 第二回土地請負経営制度の下で, 土地請負権を有する農家が土地請負を行うかどうかが, 集団農場請負経営成立の重要な前提条件である.2 地方政府による集団農場への農業構造改善政策と支援政策が効果的であるかどうかが, 集団農場の経営回復にとって重要である.3 各集団農場が独自に多種多様な農業経営を展開できるかどうかが,
