The solar cycle was overdue and a delay in the increase in the number of sunspots has happened. The solar observation satellite \"\"hinode\"\" announced the observation result to which the solar pole polarized four times. Visual fluctuation of solar activity is shown. Comparison with climate change and solar activity by analysis of the carbon isotope in tree annual rings is performed.
