| 内容記述 | As part of a project launched by Kagoshima University in 2019 entitled “Inter-University Exchange Project”, six students and two faculty members were dispatched to the Red Cross College of Nursing, Chung-Ang University in South Korea. Though this overseas training aimed to strengthen an understanding of nursing across cultures, the students were able to gain insights into the following issues : i) Rural nursing, ii) Global leadership, and iii) Understanding of different cultures. The present paper reports on the detailed outcomes of achievements concerning these issues. | |||||||||||||
