| 内容記述 | 花き園芸作物にモリブデンを吸収させることにより赤色の花弁を青色化する技術について，青色化機構の解明と適用しうる作物の調査を行った．アントシアニンとMoは試験管内で弱酸性から中性条件下で特定のモル比で青色の錯体を形成した．このことから，液胞中でのアントシアニンとモリブデンの錯体形成によって花色の青色化が生じると考えられた．シクラメン花弁ではモリブデンと結合できるアントシアニンの存在割合が環境条件によって変動したため，青色化効果にも年次変動や個体差が生じた． | |||||

| 内容記述 | The bluing mechanisms and applicable horticultural plants were investigated about the cultivation technique which change red flower petals into blue by absorbing molybdenum (Mo). The anthocyanins and Mo formed blue complexes with a specific molar ratio under weakly acidic to neutral conditions in vitro. In cyclamen petals, the annual differences were caused in degree of bluing because percentages of the anthocyanin which could be combined with Mo varied by an environmental condition. | |||||
