| 内容記述 | 本研究は「我が地域の教育力」の具現化を目指すことを命題としつつ、その手法としての評価活動の重要性を指摘した。その手法として①地域の構成員による地域活動への思いをKJ法により可視化し、その後シェアエアリング（共有化）を行った。②KJ法によって地域活動のテーマを焦点化しつつ、テーマに対する現状を個々の構成員の自己評価によって点数化（可視化）し、シェアリング（共有化）させながら、次の具体的な活動の目標を再設定させた。成果として、地域の構成員の主体的な活動が活発に展開することになり、これらの手法がスパイラル的に展開することが最終的に「わが地域の教育力」の具現化へとつながるという結論に至った。 | |||||
