本研究の目的は，【魅力的品質・当り前品質】の概念を用いて施設入所高齢者のケアニーズを多元的に捉え，優先すべき項目を明らかにすることである。介護老人保健施設に入所している高齢者42名を対象に８つのケア構成要素と27個の下位項目から構成された調査票を用いた聞き取り調査を行った。その結果，【魅力的品質】であると捉えられている割合が高かったケア構成要素は「安心感」「確実性」「一貫性」「個別性」「希望」，【一元的品質】であると捉えられた割合が高かったケア構成要素は「人間尊重」「安全性」「信頼関係」であった。【当り前品質】と捉えられた要素はなかったが，「人間尊重」「信頼関係」に含まれる項目で【当り前品質】と捉えている人の割合が他の項目よりも高かった。以上のことから，不満を生みださないためのケアの優先度としては，「人間尊重」「信頼関係」のケア項目が最も高いが，高齢者の生涯発達を支えるためのケアの優先度としては，「個別性」「確実性」「一貫性」「希望」「安心感」であると推測された。 |

The purpose of this study was to examine the cognition of care among the elderly residents in geriatric health service facilities using the concept of “Attractive quality and Must-be quality”, and determine the priority of care needs based on the results. It also aimed to identify differences in cognition among the elderly due to their characteristics. Using a questionnaire, we conducted an interview of 42 elderly residents in geriatric health service facilities. Eight elements related to nursing care and twenty-seven sub-items were provided in the questionnaire. As a result, (l)The care elements “sense of security”, “certainty”, “consistency”, “individuality”, and “hope” were recognized as attractive quality, and “respect for humanity”, “safety”, and “relationship” as one-dimensional quality. Although none of the eight elements were regarded as must-be quality of care, some people recognized several sub-items under “respect for humanity” and “relationship” as must-be quality. (2)The priority level were the order of “respect for humanity”, “relationship”, and “safety”, and “sense of security”, “certainty”, “consistency”, “individuality”, “hope”. |
