| 内容記述 | 近年、JAそおピーマン専門部会は就農率減少、新規就農者の経営未経験、燃油高騰による光熱費の増加、害虫の農薬抵抗性の発達と新たな害虫の発生など様々な困難に直面していた。しかし、曽於畑地かんがい農業推進センターの農業普及課がJAそお、志布志市など農業関連機関と連携しながら、JAそおピーマン専門部会の会員を主体とし、諸問題を明確にし、適切な対策を実施し、多くの成果をあげた。主要な成功要因は①農家とともに課題解決するための最適な体制づくり、②農家の内発力発揮、③新規就農者の受け入れ体制の整備、以上の三点にまとめられる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Recently, the Green Pepper Technical Committee of JA Soh in Kagoshima prefecture was confronted with a series of problems, such as lack of farm management skills of newcomers, increase of utility costs due to steep rise of fuel price, increasing resistance of pests to pesticides, in addition, new kinds of pests. In order to solve these problems, the agricultural developing center of Soh area dry farmland, and the agricultural irrigation cooperated with JA Soh, Shibushi city in Kagoshima prefecture, and other agricultural institutes there. In particular, the members of Soh Green Pepper Expert Group played key roles; various problems were identified by the members, and some appropriate measures were implemented. As a successful result, most of the improvement plans were carried out. The main factors for its success can be regarded as the following three factors: 1) establishing the suitable system for collaboration for success with farmers, 2) farmers’ spontaneous activities, and 3) developing a support structure for newcomers to farming. | |||||
