| 内容記述 | NICU入院中の児の母親の対児感情と言動を明らかにすること，新生児コット移床前後の時期の母親の対児感情と言動の特徴を明らかにすることを目的に文献レビューを行った。 分析対象となった17文献を分析した結果，NICU入院中の児の母親は，〈怖い〉〈自責の念〉などの否定的感情と〈可愛い〉〈愛を感じる〉などの肯定的感情を持っていた。 母親の対児感情と言動を分析した結果，「母親役割」，「出産体験」，「児への対児感情と関わり」，「母子分離」，「NICUの環境や医療処置」の５項目に分類出来た。新生児コット移床後の方が，母親の否定的感情や言動が減少していた。 看護師は新生児コット移床前後の母親の対児感情と言動の特徴を理解し，信頼関係を構築すること，不安の傾聴や感情表出の機会を作ること，個別な支援を行う重要であることが示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | This literature review aims to clarify mothers’ feelings and behaviors toward their infants in the NICU and, the characteristic feelings and behaviors of mothers when the infants are shifted from the incubator to a cot for newborns. A total of 17 papers on mothers whose infants were admitted in the NICU to receive intensive support from medical professionals were analyzed. The present study shows that mothers experience negative feelings such as “fear”, and “remorse”, and positive feelings such as considering the infant “adorable”, and “treasure”. On analysis, mothers’ feelings toward infants in the NICU and the changes in their feelings over time were divided into five classes: “role of a mother,” “childbirth experience,” “mother’s thoughts and behaviors toward the infant,” “mother-infant separation” and “environment in the NICU and medical care received.” Over time and with the shifting of infants from the incubator to a cot for newborns, mothers’ negative feelings and behaviors decreased. The results indicate that nurses must understand the characteristic feelings and behaviors of mothers toward their infants when they are shifted from the incubator to a cot for newborns. The results also suggest the importance of building reliability in mothers, providing opportunities for mothers to discuss their anxieties and explore their feelings, and offering individualized care to mothers in the NICU. |
