| 内容記述 | 近年，保健師は，活躍の場が広がるとともに，個人や集団との関係性および法律や制度に関する倫理的ジレンマを抱き，さらにメンタルヘルス問題が発生している。保健師が抱える倫理的課題を明確にし，保健師のメンタルヘルス問題に介入することは急務であると考える。そこで，本稿では，保健師が抱えている倫理的課題を明確にすることによって，保健師のメンタルヘルス問題を解消する基礎資料とするための文献的検討を行ったので報告する。対象とした10文献から，保健師が抱く倫理的課題に関する内容をコード化しカテゴリー化したところ，「人間関係」，「仕事の負担」，「システム」，「知識・技術の不足」，「無力感」の５つに整理することができた。保健師のメンタルヘルス問題を解消するためには，職種を超えた理解と情報の共有ができる職場環境づくり，保健師自身による役割の再認識，明確な業務の基準および継続教育システムの確立，等が重要であることが示唆された。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In recent years, public health nurses (PHNs) have been facing ethical dilemmas regarding relationships with individuals and groups, laws, and systems as their sphere of activity grows, and mental health problems have resulted. Identifying the ethical issues faced by PHNs and carrying out interventions for their mental health problems are urgent tasks. In this study, we conducted a review of the literature to serve as basic data for resolving the mental health problems of PHNs by identifying the ethical issues that they face. Ten articles were examined, and content related to the ethical issues faced by PHNs was coded and categorized. Five classifications were then made: human relationships, work load, systems, insufficient knowledge and skills, and sense of hopelessness. The findings suggest that creation of workplace environments in which understanding and information can be shared across other professions, recognizing the roles of PHNs in a new light, and establishment of clear work standards and continuing education systems are important in order to resolve the mental health problems of PHNs. | |||||||||||||
