| 内容記述 | 『目的』周産期喪失を体験した母親がケアや看護職とのかかわりの中で抱く思いについて先行文献より明らかにする。『研究方法』医中誌web において「死産」「母親」で検索し抽出した文献のうち本研究にあてはまる11件で分析した。『結果』【児の思い出の品を残すことで抱く嬉しさや後悔】【思いを話すことで気持ちの整理がつき、感情が自然なものであると気づく】【看護職が児を一人の人間として扱うことへの感謝と嬉しさ】などの9カテゴリーが抽出された。『考察・結論』思い出の品は亡くなった児を過去の存在にするのではなく、子どもを人生に組み込むうえで非常に重要な役割を持っていること、また看護職は母親が抱いている悲しみは正常な反応であることを伝え母親自身が受け入れていける環境を作ること、児の「生」を尊重し絆を確認するためのケアを心掛けることが重要であることが示唆された。さらに、思い出の品を残すことが子どもを人生に組み込むうえで非常に重要な役割を持っていることや、看護職が母親の理解者であるという意識を忘れず信頼関係を構築していく必要性などが明らかとなった。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | A research literature review of mothers’ received care and feelings following perinatal loss Purpose: The aim of this literature was to clarify mothers’ feelings of care and the important of a nurse after perinatal loss, as well as to consider what perinatal grief care meets the needs of the mother. Methods: Igaku Chuo Zasshi (web version, ver.5) was used to conduct a search using the key words “stillbirth” and “mothers”. As a result, 11 articles were chosen and analyzed. Results: The analysis yielded 9 categories. Among these 9 categories were: [Mothers‘ consolation and regret from keeping their child’s memorabilia items]; [Talking about mothers’ thoughts helps them accept the feeling as a natural] and [The gratitude and the happiness toward nurses for treating their children as human beings]. These findings suggested that first, memorabilia items play a very important role in integrating a deceased child into a mother’s life rather than making it a thing of the past. Second, that we should: communicate the sadness which mothers feels as a normal reaction, create an environment where mothers can come to terms with the sadness, and provide care for mothers to confirm the bond with their child by respecting the “life” of the child. | |||||||||||||
