| 内容記述 | 近年、教育機関に在籍する障害学生数は増加傾向にあり、看護系大学においても障害を抱えた学生への支援が求められている。本学においては、障害学生に対する支援の充実に向けて、2014年に障害学生支援センターが設置された。しかし、看護学教育においては、患者の命を対象とするため看護専門知識と判断力に基づいた特別な調整が必要とされる。看護学教育の中でも根幹となる臨地実習において、合理的配慮が必要な学生を支援し、その結果に基づき支援体制を構築したので報告する。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In recent years, the number of students with disorders registered at the educational institution is in the tendency to increase, therefore the support to the students in nursing universities is required. In this university, the support center for students with disorders was established in 2014, and they started to support the students. Nursing education is subject to patient’s lives, therefore particular consideration is required. We report that that we have supported the students who need reasonable accommodation in nursing practice, which is the core of the nursing education, and have built the support system based on the results. | |||||||||||||
