| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的はリハ病棟における臨地実習が学生の「リハ看護とは何か」という認識にどのような効果を及ぼしているかを明らかにすることである。そこで,看護学生70名を対象に,臨地実習前と後にリハ看護の専門的機能45項目についてそれぞれの重視度を調査し,対応のあるt検定と階層的クラスター分析を行った。その結果,1.45項目中9項目は,実習前と実習後に重視度に有意差があった。2.実習前よりも実習後の方がクラスターの数が少なくなった。3.実習後,元来一般看護機能と位置づけられている項目とリハ看護特有の看護機能との類似性が高くなった。以上のことより,講義・演習で学習した「リハ看護の専門的機能」に関する項目をリハ病棟の実習で実際に経験することによって,リハという文脈の中でどのような意味をもつのかということへの理解を深めることができるものと考察できた。しかし,今後,学生の直接的経験と反省的経験を十分に考慮した実習のあり方を検討する必要があることがわかった。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study was aimed at clarifying the effects of on-site practice at rehabilitation wards on students5 recognition of rehabilitation nursing. The significance of 45 items representing specialized functions in rehabilitation nursing was surveyed in 70 student nurses before and after on-site practice, and the results were analyzed by t-test and cluster analysis. It was found that;1)the significance of 9 of the 45 items significantly differed in the students during the period before and after practice ; 2) the number of clusters decreased after practice ; and 3) functions in general nursing and those in rehabilitation nursing were more similarly understood by the students after practice. Based on these findings, it is considered that on-site practice at rehabilitation wards helped the students understand the 45 specialized function items of nursing learned in the classroom in the context of rehabilitation. | |||||||||||||
