| 内容記述 | 本研究は，災害弱者といわれる障害児とその家族の自然災害時の支援ボランティア養成プログラム（肥後・永仮,2022）にリジリエンスを中心とした支援者支援の内容を追加したプログラムの効果を検証することを目的としている。検証の結果，改良版のプログラムもこれまでと同じく参加者から好意的な反応を得ており，自然災害時のボランティアに参加したいという意欲についてはこれまで以上に高まっていることが分かった。また，プログラムの参加者は，新型コロナウイルスウイルス禍の影響を受け大部分を遠隔形式での授業で学んできた大学生であったが，そのような参加者に対して，本プログラムがコミュニケーション・トレーニングとして機能したことが明らかとなった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of a program that adds supporter support contents centered on resilience to the volunteer training program for children with disabilities and their families who are said to be vulnerable to disaster (Higo and Nagakari, 2022). As a result of the examination, it was found that the improved version of the program received the same positive response from the participants as before, and the motivation to participate in volunteering for families whose children have some disabilities after occurring natural disaster was higher than ever. In addition, the participants of the program were university students who had studied in remote classes due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and it was clarified that this program functioned as communication training for such participants. | |||||
