As the result, the followings became clear; the processes in construction are divided into three types and different depending on the age of entrepreneurs, the office where the trading area is narrow is difficult the business rebuilding and exists by the population decrease in the stricken area district, additionally retail trades tend dilatory in reconstruction and comparatively difficult to
