| 内容記述 | A single specimen of Double-lined Mackerel, Grammatorcynus bilineatus (Rüppell, 1836) (Perciformes: Scombridae) was fished from Taira-jima island, middle of the Tokara Islands, the northern Ryukyu Islands, Japan. Although G. bilineatus has been widely reported from the Ryukyu Islands, the species has not been recorded from the Tokara Islands. Therefore, the specimen described herein represents the first record of G. bilineatus from the islands. | |||||||||||||
