| 内容記述 | A single specimen of the bullseye Priacanthus sagittarius Starnes, 1988 (Actinopterygii: Priacanthidae) was collected from off Atami, eastern coast of Izu Peninsula, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. Although P. sagittarius has been widely recorded from the Pacific coast of the Japanese mainland, the species has not been recorded from Shizuoka Prefecture on the basis of voucher specimens. Therefore, the specimen described herein represents the first specimen-based record of P. sagittarius from the prefecture. | |||||
