| 内容記述 | ベトナム農村金融は, 1990年代後半から成功を収めてきたが, 低投資および投資分布不均衡の問題を抱えている｡農村金融の主力は農業銀行である｡それ以外の人民信用基金の再建と商業銀行の参入が, 農村金融システムの持続性にとって課題である｡一方, インフォーマル金融はベトナムの農村にとって大きな役割を持っている｡本稿は, 最新のデータや研究を踏まえて農村金融の現状を整理した｡また, バクニング省Q村の農村金融の実態を明らかにした｡調査を分析した結果, 農業銀行の融資は農家の資金繰りに十分に応えられない｡そのため, インフォーマル金融は短期資金として重要な役割を果たしている｡特に作物生産時期に応じた流通業者の金融は欠かせないものである｡ | |||||

| 内容記述 | Successful since the late of 1990s, Vietnam Rural Finance has problems with an unbalanced distribution and low investment. Strengthening the power of the Bank of Agriculture, which is the main stay of rural finance, is the primary issue for rural finance effort. At the same time, the restructuring of other commercial banks and People’s credit funds are the challenges facing the sustainable development of the rural financial system. Meanwhile, informal finance plays an important role in Vietnam’s rural areas. Based on the latest data and research, this paper tries to outline and organize the status of Rural Finance in Vietnam through a single case study of Q village in Bac Ninh prefecture. The results find that informal finance is playing an important role as short-term funding, especially essential during periods of crop production. |
