| 内容記述 | 介護施設において個別ケアを実現するためには何が必要か。この問題を解明するため、本研究では、まず施設の強みに注目した。それは第一に、介護の専門家が常駐する場であること、第二に、要介護という類似した境遇の利用者同士の出会いの場であることである。こういった施設の強みを踏まえて、従来型特養と新型特養を比較分析した。その結果、従来型特養よりもユニットケアが実践しやすい新型特養であっても、第一に、介護現場において、ケア職員のあいだで「個別ケアの葛藤」という現象が起きていることが明らかにされた。第二に、ミクロ社会学的な観点からは、ケア職員と利用者の二者関係のみならず、利用者同士の関係にも着目して、利用者らが形成するグループで「役割」をもって「共同」し、「安心」と「自由」を感じられるよう、ケア職員が利用者同士の人間関係を調整・誘導することが要請されることが示された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | What do we need to carry out Individual Care in the institution for elderly care? In this project we aim at the advantages of the institutions to reveal this question. That is to say, this is the place where the specialists in care are permanently stationed, and where the users can get to know somebody who is similar in needed care. As a result it firstly became clear that the care staffs faced “the conflict of Individual Care” in new type of nursing home where they could perform Unit Care easier than old type of nursing home. Secondly, from an angle of Micro Sociology we could find the necessity for the care staffs to coordinate and lead to make the users to have some roles, to cooperate together, to feel easy and freedom, at the standpoint of not only the relationship between the care staffs and the users, but also the relationship among the users. | |||||
