| 内容記述 | 目的: Domestic Violence(DV)被害者のエンパワーメントを図る支援システムの構築に向けた基礎資料を得るために,被害者自身がとった対処行動と実際に受けた医療的・福祉的支援について調査した。方法:母子生活支援施設に入所している元DV被害者2名に半構造化面接を実施し,逐語録からDV被害の経過および回避行動について要約を作成し,質的に分析した。結果:2被害者とも,激しい身体的・精神的暴力を受けていたが,加害者の元を離れるために自ら行動を起こしていた。DV被害の長期化および回避行動には子どもの存在が大きな因子となっていた。今回の被害者に対して,医療機関はDV問題への対処機能を果たしていなかった。公的機関の対応については,不統一が見られた。DV被害のサイクルを断つには,被害者の子どもがキーパーソンになっていた。結論:被害者の自立を支援するには医療・福祉機関の役割が大きい。地域や施設によるDV被害者への対応の差を無くすためには,適切な被害者支援を実施出来る全国統一DV被害者支援システムを導入する事や医療・福祉機関の職員に向けたDV教育プログラムの開発が望まれる。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | OBJECTIVE: To obtain the basic data for the establishment of domestic violence (DV) victim empowerment system, coping behavior of the victims themselves and medical and welfare support received were surveyed. METHODS: Semistructured interview was conducted with two DV victims who stayed in the support facility for maternal and child livelihood. Summarizing the verbatim record, the progress of DV and avoidance from DV were analyzed qualitatively. RESULTS: Both victims were subjected to terrible violence on body and mind by husband and took own evasive action. Their children were the key persons who elongated and broke out a vicious cycle of DV. In both cases, the medical facility was not sufficiently functioned against DV and the public service was inconsistently provided. CONCLUSION: To break the DV cycle early and to support self-reliance of DV victim, the medical and welfare facilities are expected to play substantial contribution. This can be achieved by promotion of the effective intervention system in DV issue and educational program for the medical and welfare staffs. |
