| 内容記述 | 平成26年度の３年生を対象とした公衆衛生看護管理論Ｉに関わる課外活動としてスイス・ジュネーブに集中する公衆衛生看護に関わる国際機関の視察研修を行った。国際赤十字・赤新月社連盟（IFRC）、国際看護師協会（ICN）、WHO本部の訪問、ジュネーブ市内のフィールドワークを行い、公衆衛生看護に関わる世界情勢の実際についての理解を深めた。各訪問機関において、現地スタッフと交流し機関の概要を理解するだけでなく、公衆衛生看護の視点から見た各機関の役割機能についても学習することができ、学生の視野の拡大と国際感覚の涵養に効果があった。また、英語に堪能な学生の活用や、現地日本人スタッフとの交流により、研修の効果が向上する可能性が示唆された。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | We organized and implemented the Kagoshima University student overseas training project in Geneva, which has many international organizations for public health, to learn about public health nursing management from international point of view. We visited the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), the International Council of Nurses (ICN) and the World Health Organization (WHO) headquarters and heard the international situation of public health at that point and communicated with staffs of these international organizations. We also conducted fieldwork in Geneva to learn about cultural background of its international character. These experiences widened the students' point of view and developed their international sensibilities. We think that participation of a student who speaks English well and communication with local Japanese staffs have good effects to student overseas training projects. | |||||||||||||||||
