| 内容記述 | Studied on the roping phenomenon of type 430 stainless steel and obtained the following results：(1)The most optimum treatment of type 430 stainless steel which would not show roping phenomenon and would sustain the suitable mechanical properties, is to heattreat at 1100°C for 1~3 min. (2)The fact that does not show any roping whether it is quenched at 1100°C or slowly cooled from 1100°C, proves the roping phenomenon is not connected directly with martensite itself. (3)As for the stainless steel with decreased content of C and N (without α-γ zone), roping phenomenon is always shown by any heat treatment. (4)Cr is segregated at only grain boundaries, and this segregation is considered to have no direct relation with the roping phenomenon. Mn is almost uniformly distributed. (5)Distribution of Cr and mn is found to be independent of the content of C and N. Therefore there would not be direct relation between the dispersion of chromium carbide and the roping phenomenon. | |||||||||
