| 内容記述 | The education for the dementia is regarded as most important in the care education, and the education system is fixed. However, there are wrong understandings that the care of dementia is only to restrain BPSD and the care plans of dementia are to set what people with dementia did till now in. This study insists on importance of the care which remove the stress that people suffering dementia hold, and relax them. Therefore we must understand the psychological situation of the uneasy stress by the cognitive functional disorder and the unpleasantness structurally. In that way even if they can have only the recognition that is different from the general common sense by cognitive functional disorder, this paper presents the possibility that we can relieve them and make them stable with understanding and sharing that a connection with the world. If an educational program to be learned these series of processes is developed, the dementia care will advance still more. This paper is based on observation at care place and submits an elucidation of the psychological structure of people suffering dementia and a clue for concrete care to relax them and to remove their stress. |
