| 内容記述 | This report includes the studies with the purpose of making transducer type of the dynamic elemental structure when the intermittent cutting phenomena are measured with the oscillograph through the strain meter from cutting force transducer. As the result of experiments, some performances are raised as follows: 1) Transducer is desired a simple unit body to keep the stress balance and stability. 2) It takes an accurate measurement and resolution of three-dimensional cutting force to be shaped eight square type without a circle. 3) It is deeply affected by frequency characteristic, sensibility and damping factor to be profiled accurately intermitted cutting phenomena of 50Hz. So a new quick response transducer was made in an natural frequency of 400Hz to get smaller dynamic error as the result of practical test. |
