| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual conditions of public housing tenants in Kagoshima Prefecture, in a decreasing population and aging society, and we surveyed by the family conditions of all the public housing tenants in Hiyoshi town and in Aira town. The survey provides the following facts : first, most of them are "growing families" ; the householders are young and the children are little : and second, they regard public housing as temporary, before they buy their own houses. On the other hand, it is estimated that the number of elderly families and the number of aged living-alone will increase in the public housing. These facts must be considerd in the policy management of public housing in a period in the area where the population is decreasing and the society is aging. | |||||||||||||
