| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、子育て中の母親の育児ストレスの状態、育児ストレスに関連する要因の状況、及び育児ストレスの程度とそれらの要因との関係を明らかにすることである。保育園に通う子供の母親163名を対象に、母親から見た自身の育児ストレス、対処行動、母親役割、子どもの問題行動、周囲からの支援（ソーシャル・サポート）について調査した。その結果、育児ストレスは子供に対しては強くなかったが、就労による社会的活動の制限や経済的ひっ迫感に対してはストレスを感じていた。また、育児ストレスの程度と関連要因との関係では、その影響の度合いが要因によって異なることが明らかになり、子どもの状態及び調整的コーピングについては育児ストレスへの関与が少なかった。 | |||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to determine the degrees of childcare stress, its related factors, and their relationships among mothers. The subjects were 163 mothers with nursery school children. They were assessed childcare stress, coping behavior, maternal role, the child's problem behavior, and social support. Results revealed that childcare stress about chil- dren were not strong so much; however, mothers experienced stress due to their limited social activities as a result of working, and financial difficulties. In addition, the relationship between the degree of childcare stress and its related factors indicated that the extent of the relationship differed according to the factors. Further, the involvement of the child's status and the mother's ability of adjustive coping had only a little effect on childcare stress. |
