| 内容記述 | 脳神経外科診療にWeb会議システムを導入し、施設相互間での合同カンファレンス、症例相談、手術支援を実施した。Web会議システムにより、遠隔地及び離島に勤務する医師の教育と診療相互支援が可能である。特に、単一施設では経験数が限られる疾患についても、診療知識の獲得しうる点が大きな成果であった。症例については、在籍する複数医師の意見・討論を経たうえで、治療方針を決定することが可能であった。手術動画供覧に関しては、動画供覧に適した通信速度の確保が必要である。手術指導で、より精度の高い通信を手術場に整備する必要があり、小中規模施設においては対費用効果を考慮する必要があると考えられた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | We made the introduction of Web meeting to our medical care of neurosurgical field, and conducted joint meeting, case consultation, and operative support. By using the system of Web meeting, we made it possible that we should educate the doctors in remote location or isolated island and mutually support medical care. It was the big product that they could get the clinical knowledge, especially about less common disease. About case consultations, we could make a decision about the treatment strategy through the comment or argument between several doctors. About joint viewing of operating video, it is needed to be secured of the baud rate suitable for joint viewing. We are needed to put more accurate telecommunications system in operating rooms, so we should give considerations to cost effect in small or medium-scale establishments. | |||||
